I write songs about the things we feel before we find words for them.

Porch Light

Five songs written over a long winter, mostly at an old upright piano by the kitchen window.

Porch Light is about the small, stubborn warmth we keep going when everything else is quiet: old friendships, first frost, learning to ask for help.

“I left the porch light on - not for you, for me.”

Facilitation

When music becomes a way of healing

The same listening that finds a song in a feeling is what I bring to the therapy room: patience, curiosity, and room for what hasn’t been said yet.
