Facilitation
Sessions, workshops, booking a consult
A steady place for sensitive, creative people to come back to themselves.
I work with adults moving through anxiety, grief, burnout, and big life transitions, especially artists, caregivers, and anyone who feels things deeply. Sessions are unhurried and practical, and they follow what you need.
Ways to work together
Three ways in
- 01
Individual sessions
One-to-one support for whatever you’re carrying, at a pace that feels manageable.
- Format
- One-to-one, in person or online
- Length
- 50 minutes
- Commitment
- Weekly or every other week. No minimum.
- 02
Workshops
Small, gentle groups on rest, grief, creativity, and listening to the body.
- Format
- Groups of 6 to 12
- Length
- 2.5 hours, or a 4-week series
- Commitment
- Drop in once, or join the series
- 03
Music & expressive sessions
Using voice, songwriting, and movement as ways in when talking isn’t enough. No musical experience needed.
- Format
- One-to-one, in person
- Length
- 75 minutes
- Commitment
- A series of 6, or woven into ongoing work
Approach
Plain language, gentle pace
I don’t believe there’s anything wrong with you that needs fixing. We’ll pay attention to what your mind and body are already telling you, and build from there.
What a first session looks like
We talk about what brought you here
Whatever feels most present. You don’t need to prepare or have the right words.
I ask a little about your history
Gently, and only what you want to share. You can always say “not today.”
We decide together what’s next
How often to meet, what you’d like to focus on, or whether someone else might be a better fit.

About Avery
Hi, I’m Avery.
I’ve spent most of my life making music, and the last several years sitting with people in the quieter work of therapy.
Both ask the same thing of me: to listen closely, to stay with what’s hard, and to trust that something true will come through if we’re patient with it.
